You will be using point-of-sale equipment to register sales by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers purchases./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliProcesses customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties and return misplaced items to the shelves./liliProvide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience./liliCollaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team./liliProvide feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues./liliParticipate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy./liliAdheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses./liliComplies with all other established company policies and procedures./liliCollaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to the direct leader./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliMust be 16 years or older./liliHighly organized with a keen sense of details./liliGreat listening and communication skills./liliCan handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using various equipment./liliAbility to shine in a fast-paced environment./liliCash handling efficiency./li/ulh3Physical Demands:/h3pThe physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics./ppWithin this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
