Longer visits, smaller patient panels, and robust clinical support allow you to focus on what matters most: quality, outcomes, and genuine patient connection. Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary along with value-based incentives and performance-driven bonus potential, 100K+
- Sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Ability to obtain or quickly secure an Alabama state medical license
- Passion for senior-focused, preventive, relationship-based care
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team structure
- Comfortable managing an exclusively 65+ patient panel
- New graduates welcome if aligned with the value-based care mission
