This position is responsible for performing residential cleaning and basic home maintenance tasks in private homes. The role requires independent work, adherence to company procedures, and consistent execution of quality standards across assigned routes. Description What This Role Is This role combines professional residential cleaning with light, non-licensed home maintenance tasks. You will work on assigned routes, following clear systems and checklists to deliver consistent, high‑quality results in private homes. What Makes This Role Different Stable, consistent schedule (not gig‑based work) Organized routes and structured systems Clear quality standards and expectations Respectful, private residential client base Full equipment and operational support provided Real growth opportunities within the company What We’re Looking For Tech‑comfortable: Confident using a smartphone, apps, and basic tools to stay organized and complete tasks efficiently Curious and proactive: Notices issues, asks questions, and looks for better, more efficient ways to get the job done Growth‑minded: Interested in learning new skills (cleaning systems, light maintenance, client standards) and taking on increased responsibility over time Professional and trustworthy: Respects clients’ homes, follows security procedures, and communicates clearly and reliably Key Responsibilities Residential Cleaning Perform maintenance and deep cleaning in private homes Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and detail surfaces Change linens and stage homes before departure Follow structured cleaning checklists and quality standards Light Home Maintenance Replace HVAC filters Replace light bulbs and batteries Tighten handles, hinges, and hardware Reset breakers or GFCI outlets Assemble small household items Requirements Required 1+ year residential cleaning experience Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay organized Ability to lift 25–35 lbs Authorized to work in the U.S. Comfortable using a smartphone for work tasks Preferred Experience with light home maintenance We promote from within whenever possible. This role can grow into: Trainer Route Coordinator Expanded Home Services Specialist Base Pay (W2, before taxes): $2,640–$3,168/month, full-time Performance Commission: 5% standard performance 15% high performance (based on productivity and route efficiency) Tips: 100% retained by the employee Paid Time Off: 3 weeks vacation & 5 sick days/year 401(k): Eligibility begins after 3 months Health Contribution: $500/month Vehicle Allowance: $300/month Equipment & Supplies: All cleaning tools, products, and equipment provided.
