Staff are specially trained to provide quality care and involve families in all aspects of care, including decision‑making. Responsibilities Provide quality care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, using knowledge, skills, and judgment to achieve the best possible outcomes. Qualifications Specially trained staff with the knowledge, skills, and judgment required to deliver high‑quality care to critically ill children. Benefits New employees receive 16 weeks of orientation with a designated preceptor. ACLS, PALS, and NRP training are offered at no cost. Specialty differential pay and flexible scheduling are also available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
