Compensation $165K-$215K DOE Location Tacoma, WA Responsibilities Overseeing 2 Sales Managers each managing about 10 people Supervising one Sales Trainer and one Key Account Manager/Service Manager Managing a team of 24 sales people Being accountable for the performance, coaching, and mentoring of teams across each state Maintaining repeat business with a steady year over year growth Reporting to a Branch Manager locallyConducting team talks Providing frequent communication to all regional leaders, as well as corporate partners Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field 10+ years of experience in sales management with strong coaching skills Experience managing sales within a standard process & sales methodology that can be taught to both sales representatives and middle managers Experience managing profit and loss No more than 3 jobs in 10 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
