Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP certification required
• Valid license for practice in Wisconsin
• Previous school-based SLP experience is highly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students across varied grade levels
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide direct assessment and therapy to students ranging from elementary through high school
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult and coordinate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records
• Support the educational and speech-language development goals set by the district
