Requirements:

Board Certification: Board Certified in Neurology REQUIRED
Michigan State license- REQUIRED
Required Certifications: BLS/DEA/CSR/CDS- REQUIRED
Fellowship Requirements: Behavioral Neurology Fellowship- REQUIRED
4 + years as a behavioral/cognitive neurologist- REQUIRED
Previous management experience Preferred
ACGME/AOA approved Neurology Residency REQUIRED
