Analytics & Reporting Consultant (Bflex time entry, Temp) #26-01688 Up to $28.85 per hour Naperville, IL Onsite Analytics & Reporting Analyst Location: Hybrid (Onsite for Training) Pay Rate: $27.00/hour (Paid Weekly) Schedule: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours Contract Duration: 6 Months (Opportunity for extension or full-time conversion based on performance, attendance, and business needs) Target Start Date: ASAP (Pending successful completion of onboarding) Position Overview Our client is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support the Financial Services Division – Accounting team. This is a highly analytical role that combines data analysis, operational research, project coordination, process improvement, and system testing. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys analyzing complex issues, driving operational improvements, and collaborating across multiple departments. Training & Work Arrangement: Position begins fully onsite during training. Once the business determines the employee can work independently, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule . Candidates must have their own computer equipment to be eligible for hybrid work. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth operational research and analysis to identify issues and recommend effective solutions. Manage assigned projects, enhancements, and business initiatives from planning through implementation. Perform testing and validation of system enhancements, process improvements, new products, and provider implementations. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance. Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Manage and maintain network program data, databases, and operational processes. Research and resolve operational issues while responding to internal inquiries. Assist in provider identification for recruitment or educational initiatives. Prepare reports, analyze results, and communicate findings to leadership and business partners. Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams to ensure successful operational execution. Maintain documentation for projects, testing activities, and process improvements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 4 years of experience in Managed Care, Network Management, or a related healthcare operations environment requiring independent judgment and decision-making. At least 3 years of project management experience , including planning and leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience conducting issue analysis, research, and operational problem resolution. Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements. Experience performing system, operational, or user acceptance testing (UAT). Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities. Required Technical Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience with Power BI and SQL . Experience working with network management databases and understanding information flow. Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft SharePoint Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting managed care or healthcare network operations. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
