Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, a well-respected and busy orthopaedic practice, is recruiting a full-time Clinical Office Lead for our Seven Fields location. We are looking for motivated healthcare professionals who want to grow with an expanding organization while making a meaningful impact on patients and their communities. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, a passion to help our patients and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment with a positive and upbeat attitude. While prior management experience is preferred, this position could also be an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Radiologic Technologist/Medical Assistant/LPN who is ready to take the next step into leadership. This dual-role position combines clinical care, Team leadership and day-to-day office oversight to ensure the smooth running of the clinic while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The Clinical Lead serves as a resource for Staff and Providers, provides direction in the absence of the Manager and ensures adherence to performance expectations and operational policies.General Job Description/Clinical Responsibilities: Monday through Friday daylight hoursMust stay until office hours are finished and all patients are seen (latest scheduled Staff)No evening or weekend hoursWorking collectively alongside Physicians/Physician AssistantsAssisting with minor procedures such as wound carePrimary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Triaging patients, medical history updates, EMR documentationSuture/staple removalInjection preparation for ProvidersBracing/DME instructionAssisting in electronically sending medicationsOrdering advanced imaging (MRI/CT/US/Bone Scan)Surgery scheduling if/when necessaryHelping to maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical and administrative documentationKey Responsibilities – Clinical Lead:Overseeing daily clinic flow to ensure efficiency, professionalism and an excellent patient experienceSupporting Staff scheduling, daily assignments, training and Team accountabilityHelping to onboard and mentor additional Staff MembersMonitoring clinic readiness, including exam rooms, supplies, equipment and overall organizationMaintaining inventory of medical supplies and assisting with ordering as neededPromoting a positive, Team-oriented, patient-centered work environmentSupporting compliance with infection control, safety and operational standardsQualified candidates will possess:Prior clinical management experience in a similar clinical settingStrong leadership potential or prior experience as a Lead Radiologic Technologist, Lead Medical Assistant, Clinical Lead or Office LeadExcellent communication, organization and problem-solving skillsA dependable, Team-first attitudeConfidence working and guiding a Team in a fast-paced clinical environmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality patient careComfort with EMR documentation and basic clinical workflowsAbility to lead by example and support patients, Providers and Team MembersExperience and Qualifications:Proven experience working in a healthcare setting; experience in private practice is preferred, but not requiredAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with Providers, administrators, Staff and patientsWillingness to take initiative and responsibility for actionsOpen to constructive criticism and feedback when necessaryProvide exceptional customer service to patients and third-party vendorsContact Information:Qualified candidates please reply with your resume and salary requirement or by forwarding the same to Sue Reighard, Human Resource Specialist, either via email at View email address on us.fitly.work or via fax at View phone number on us.fitly.work.
