Working for our team you can truly make a SummaryThe Compensation Manager is responsible for managing MCCs global compensation programs including salary structures market pricing job evaluations compensation cycles and compensation governance. This role combines strong compensation expertise with data and analytics capabilities to support informed business decisions and continuous process to the VP Global Total Rewards the Compensation Manager serves as MCCs internal compensation expert partnering closely with HR Finance and business leaders to ensure competitive equitable and scalable compensation role also supports strategic initiatives including pay transparency compensation governance and ongoing optimization of compensation processes and tools. Major job architecture and pay transparency project implementation efforts will be supported through dedicated project ResponsibilitiesCompensation Operations & Programs (Primary Focus)Manage salary structures annual merit planning promotions and off-cycle compensation job evaluation leveling and market pricing participation in compensation surveys and market benchmarking compensation recommendations to HR and business short-term incentive and bonus administration compensation programs remain externally competitive and internally Analytics & ReportingDevelop and maintain compensation dashboards reporting and workforce cost compensation trends market movement pay equity and workforce cost AI-enabled tools and reporting platforms to accelerate analysis identify trends and improve compensation decision actionable insights to HR Finance and business data audits and maintain compensation data & Process ImprovementPartner with HRIS and technology teams on compensation-related system optimization of Dayforce compensation processes and process improvements that increase efficiency scalability and compensation-related documentation and governance ProjectsSupport compensation aspects of Global Job Architecture implementation of pay transparency initiatives including the EU Pay Transparency with workforce planning organizational design M&A and transformation to compensation policy development and & GovernanceEnsure compliance with applicable compensation regulations including FLSA pay transparency requirements and other relevant employment with Legal Finance HR Operations and HR Business Partners to maintain strong compensation & ExperienceBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Finance Analytics or related field.7-10 years of progressive compensation experience with market pricing job evaluation and leveling salary structures merit cycle administration and compensation analysis and supporting global or multi-country compensation programs partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional & CompetenciesDeep knowledge of compensation principles practices and analytical and data interpretation building compensation reporting dashboards and workforce cost Excel skills; Power BI experience with HRIS and compensation systems; Dayforce experience preferred but not communication and stakeholder management attention to detail confidentiality and business QualificationsDayforce compensation module transparency and pay equity to global job architecture leveraging AI-enabled reporting and analytics tools.#LI-SD1#appcast
