About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners in the Manchester, NH area to provide customized bath remodeling solutions. Using advanced design technology, you will present options, educate customers, and help them create their ideal bathroom space.

Sales Academy Training

Our next Bath Flip Sales Academy begins Monday, August 24th.

New hires receive:

• $700 per week during the first three weeks of training
• $1,000 Training Completion Bonus ($250 per completed training week)
• Training in product knowledge, presentations, financing, objection handling, ride-alongs, and role-playing

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales consultations.
• Design and present customized bath solutions.
• Meet with qualified homeowners and close sales.
• Use our iPad-based sales tools and design software.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred; home improvement experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a commission-based environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
