Assistant Director of Marketing

Job Description Position Summary The Assistant Director of Marketing will play an integral role indriving revenue and attendance for the Department of Athletics.Along with the marketing, sales, and communications staff, thisindividual will assist in increasing attendance, creating apositive and exciting game day atmosphere, increasing fanengagement, and furthering the brand of Rice Athletics. Workplace Requirements Job duties will be performed during both regular office hours,mornings, nights, and weekends as team schedule requires. Thisposition will require regular travel. Additionally, the role mayrequire moving items up to 50 pounds and spending significant timeon one’s feet. Workplace Location This position is exclusively on-site, necessitating all duties tobe performed in-person. Per Ricepolicy 440 , work arrangements may be subject to change. *Exempt (salaried) positions under FLSA are not eligible for overtime.
