MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – OR RN license BLS 2 years recent case management experience in an acute hospital setting Inpatient rehab facility and Med/Surg experience Epic experience LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-5p/5:30p with every other weekend SYSTEMS – Epic, Pyxis START DATE – ASAP Facility Location The namesake of the famous city in which the animated Simpsons family live their lives, Springfield is one of Oregon's most beloved cities.
