The Manager will support all aspects of the land development lifecycle, with a focus on entitlement, mixed-use planning, infrastructure planning, and execution. This individual will play a key role in guiding projects through municipal approvals, supporting acquisition due diligence, and coordinating across internal teams and consultants to deliver high-quality, well-executed commercial and industrial developments. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in land development, planning, or civil engineering, with a proven ability to manage complex processes, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.Responsibilities:Entitlements & PlanningLead and support zoning, platting, Planned Development (PD) amendments, development agreements, and permitting processes.Coordinate with city staff, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals.Prepare and manage entitlement materials, schedules, and governing documents, including design guidelines and Covenants Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs).Support land and infrastructure planning efforts for new or existing mixed-use development areas which blend and balance various types of retail, office, and multifamily with unique open spaces and sense of place where appropriate and industrial uses.
