As a Preadmission Clinical Nurse , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring patients are fully prepared—clinically, emotionally, and logistically before they walk through the hospital doors. Job Details Start Date: April 27, 2026 End Date: July 25, 2026 Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (DAYS) Schedule: 40 hours/week Requirements: Weekends, Holidays, and On-Call rotation Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive preadmission assessments Review medical histories, labs, and diagnostics Coordinate with providers to optimize patient readiness Educate patients and families on procedures and expectations Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards Clinical Skills Expansion Preoperative assessments Risk stratification Patient education & coordination Interdisciplinary communication Job Requirements Active RN license (AZ or compact) Strong clinical assessment skills Experience in preadmission, perioperative, or acute care preferred Excellent communication and organizational abilities A proactive, patient-first mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Talented Medical Solutions
