We are looking for motivated individuals who want to complete state-approved pre-licensing education while preparing to grow within the luxury real estate industry. This opportunity is designed for people seeking long-term professional growth and the chance to build a strong business.
You will learn alongside experienced real estate agents who understand the expectations of high-end clients, premium property marketing, and relationship-driven business development. Through coaching, mentorship, and real-world exposure, you will continue developing the knowledge and confidence needed to serve buyers and sellers at a high level while building your personal brand.
As you grow, you will gain experience with proven systems, client communication, lead generation, and the daily habits that help successful agents remain consistent in competitive luxury markets. The focus is on creating a strong foundation through accountability, practical learning, and ongoing support that prepares you for long-term success.

Compensation:$160,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Attend real estate training
- Organize and build your database
- Communicate with your database
- Intern with teams or agents when possible
- Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
- Learn sales talk and scripts
- Complete designated non-agent allowed activities
- Misc. activities as needed
- Sales experience
- 18 years of age or older
- High School education, college preferred
- Willingness and commitment to obtaining a license
- Passing real estate school
- Desire to earn income in a high-paying commission industry
- Effective communicator
- Driven
