Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in HILLIARD, Ohio. This position involves providing outpatient therapy services, assisting in implementing treatment plans, and supporting patient rehabilitation efforts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.
Job Details:
- Location: HILLIARD, OH
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts daily, with specific shift times as follows:
- Monday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CAPTE Certified, CPR Certification, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, Ohio state license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role involves assisting with therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening exercises, balance activities, gait training, and modalities including whirlpools, ultrasound, and other equipment. Candidates will document patient progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team. The position requires adherence to safety and infection control standards and fostering professional relationships with patients and staff.
