5+ years of experience in Pega application development (CDH & Core)

Proficiency in Python and PL/SQL

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams

75%: Hands-on development in Pega CDH and Core applications

25%: Coding/support using Python and PL/SQL

Optional: Tasks involving Apache Airflow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing workflows and reports

Contribute to ongoing innovation in credit systems and financial operations
