Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and specific mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as applicable.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on equipping clients with coping strategies and resilience skills.
\n
• Collaborate actively with school personnel, therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate a multifaceted approach to mental wellness, ensuring that clients receive appropriate support across settings.

• Advocate for student rights and assist families in accessing vital community resources and educational support services.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and therapist observations in our electronic health records system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, team meetings, and case consultations to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on a diverse population of students from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health concerns. By addressing their unique needs, you will aid in their social and emotional development and assist them in coping with the demands of school life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably within school environments or related fields.

• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment interventions.

• Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with students, families, and educational staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
