The Director of Brokerage Growth is a full-time, on-site role based in McKinney, TX, responsible for driving agent and production growth for the brokerage. This role focuses on recruiting and onboarding real estate professionals, designing and executing growth initiatives, and strengthening the brokerage’s presence in the North Texas market. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing lead-generation strategies for agent recruitment, building relationships with prospective and current agents, and coordinating training, coaching, and performance-improvement programs. The Director will collaborate with leadership to set growth targets, analyze performance metrics, and refine systems and processes to support sustainable expansion. The role also involves partnering with marketing resources to enhance brand visibility, representing the brokerage at industry events, and fostering a culture aligned with the company’s values of service, integrity, and collaboration
Must have an Active Texas Real Estate License
