Marketing Manager

Lead a team of Marketing & Communications professionals Manage local and regional events, sponsorships, communications initiatives, and MarCom programs Coordinate multiple stakeholder projects requiring regional alignment and enterprise messaging consistency Ensure adherence to DSV brand standards, corporate identity, and the Global MarCom plan and policies Provide timely execution, decision-making, and escalation of risks and opportunities to regional leadership Evaluate program effectiveness, team performance, and operational processes Recommend improvements, best practices, and efficiencies to the Regional MarCom Lead Manage agency, supplier, and vendor relationships as required Support budget planning, project tracking, and reporting Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or related discipline Previous people leadership experience required Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders Transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and people management skills Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Hootsuite and collaboration tools Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is beneficial Experience leading regional marketing, communications, or event programs preferred Experience working within a matrixed or multinational organization preferred Fluent in English (oral and written) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook Experience with project management and collaboration platforms Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading marketing and communications teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring brand consistency across initiatives.
