Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Navigator - $91K-136K per year

Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator – Dermatology Clinic, Madison, WI. Location: 1 S. Park St., Madison, WI. Full‑time, 100% FTE, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (no weekends or holidays). Hours may vary based on operational needs. Responsibilities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to navigate patients and families through care. Coordinate specialized, multidisciplinary patient care utilizing specialty knowledge of the Dermatology Clinic. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications BSN (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing) – required. MSN, MS, MPH, MHA, or related master’s degree – preferred. 3years of relevant clinical nursing experience – required. 1year of experience with the specific patient population – required; additional experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin – required. Basic Life Support / CPR – required upon hire. Oncology certification (or applicable patient‑population certification) – preferred.
