- Prepare surfaces by removing dirt, rust, and old paint using various blasting media.
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and defect-free for optimal coating adhesion.
- Apply industrial coatings with precision using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
- Mix and apply coatings according to detailed specifications and safety protocols.
- Fast-paced and noisy workshop setting.
- Long-standing hours with regular lifting up to 20 lbs and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of related industrial and epoxy painting experience.
- Experience with zinc coating and sandblasting.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Experience with paint mixing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail, particularly in checking paint thickness.
- SAP or ERP systems experience is a plus.
- 1st Shift: 7am to 3pm, Monday - Friday.
