Job Description:

• Client s Commercial Business Technology Solutions (BTS), Global Business Platforms organization is advancing business transformation by connecting information, processes, and technology across Commercial Operations to better support our patients.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to help teams navigate change and successfully adopt new capabilities and ways of working.
• The Program Manager Process Change and Adoption is responsible for planning and coordinating the people, process, and adoption activities required to deliver sustainable business change.
• This role tracks key milestones, change evolution, organizational readiness, adoption, and post-implementation stabilization while aligning activities with program objectives and stakeholder needs.
• The Program Manager partners across business and technology teams to develop and execute change and adoption strategies, assess impacts to roles, processes, systems, and stakeholders, and identify readiness gaps, resistance, and adoption risks.
• The role prepares teams for new ways of working and supports sustained adoption through clear communication, coordinated interventions, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:

Program and Adoption Management

• Develop and maintain an integrated change and adoption plan aligned with program milestones, business outcomes, and implementation timelines.
• Track milestones, the evolution of the change, organizational readiness, adoption progress, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Partner across business and technology domains to coordinate change activities, align stakeholders, and support consistent program delivery.
• Assess impacts to roles, processes, systems, stakeholder groups, and established ways of working.
• Identify readiness gaps, resistance points, dependencies, and adoption risks; develop practical mitigation and reinforcement actions.
• Prepare teams and leaders for new ways of working through targeted communications, engagement, training coordination, and ongoing support.

Change Planning and Readiness:

• Support the development and execution of an integrated change and adoption strategy tailored to program scope and stakeholder needs.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments to prioritize interventions and inform implementation decisions.
• Coordinate with project, process, communications, and training partners to deliver timely and consistent adoption activities.
• Maintain change plans, readiness actions, risks, decisions, and dependencies, and escalate issues when needed.

Adoption Measurement and Stabilization:

• Define and monitor readiness, adoption, proficiency, and stabilization measures to evaluate the effectiveness of change activities.
• Provide leaders and stakeholders with clear, timely reporting on adoption progress, risks, resistance, and required decisions.
• Coordinate post-implementation support, feedback, reinforcement, and corrective actions to embed new processes and sustain intended outcomes.

Skills/Requirements:

• Experience and education: Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and up to 8 years of related experience.

Communication and cross-domain collaboration:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, build alignment, and collaborate effectively across business and technology domains.

Change management:

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing structured change strategies, impact assessments, readiness plans, communications, training coordination, and resistance management activities.

Process adoption:

• Proven ability to prepare teams for new ways of working, measure adoption, address barriers, and reinforce sustainable behavior and process changes.

Organization :

• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and multiple priorities in a complex environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another regulated industry; and practical experience applying change and adoption methodologies such as ADKAR or PDCA.
• Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
• Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
• Develops new business and expands product line.
• Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
• Requires a bachelor's degree and experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
