Entry Level Retail Sales & Marketing Associate

Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Retail Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, introducing new brand deals & promotions as well as signing customers up for service. This is an ON SITE IN STORE POSITION.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Oversee sales from start to finish
Learn sales scripts & rebuttals to implement in the field

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a full time W2 position, offering weekly pay broken down of a base pay (hourly rate) + commissions based on personal performance.
