Training Coordinator

Join a Manufacturing Team Focused on Training & Employee Development We're seeking a Training Coordinator to support employee onboarding, training programs, and compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping employees succeed, keeping training records organized, coordinating learning initiatives, and working closely with production leaders to ensure employees receive the training they need to perform safely and effectively. Duties Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities. Maintain training records, training matrices, and certification documentation. Track upcoming training requirements and follow up with supervisors on incomplete training. Prepare training materials, competency packets, quizzes, and employee documentation. Assist with on-the-job training (OJT) coordination and employee development initiatives. Support training sessions by preparing materials, scheduling rooms, and assisting facilitators. Ensure personnel and training files remain organized and audit-ready. Partner with HR, production leadership, EHS, and Quality teams to support compliance training. Create and post job openings and assist with onboarding documentation as needed. Provide employees with general HR and training support while directing more complex questions to the appropriate team members. Assist with employee engagement activities and recognition events. Requirements 1–3 years of training coordination, HR, learning and development, or similar experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining training records, tracking certifications, and coordinating employee training. Strong administrative, organizational, and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
