Appointment Coordinator

Target background: Pest control, telecom, alarms, fiber, canvassing

Semper SolR is looking for Appointment Coordinators who are confident starting conversations and comfortable working toward measurable goals. Previous solar experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective homeowners and introduce available programs
• Ask qualifying questions and identify customer interest
• Schedule qualified appointments for Sales Consultants
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain accurate notes and appointment information

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with outbound phone and/or field outreach
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Able to remain motivated after rejection
• Pest control, telecom, security, canvassing, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
