Join Aurora BayCares 19-bed Observation Unita fast-paced environment designed with a unique structure and floor layout to support efficient, high-quality care for a diverse patient population.

Our team nursing model fosters collaboration among CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, ensuring seamless delivery of daily cares, assessments, medications, and discharge planning.

While we specialize in postoperative careincluding orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, urologic surgery, cardiac pacemaker/ablation, and breast surgerywe also manage general medical patients requiring short-term observation stays. Many patients are cared for by our in-house hospitalist team, streamlining communication and coordination.

A dynamic setting with frequent admissions and discharges, we offer variety and challenge every day. Team members may also float to other units when needed, providing opportunities to broaden skills and experience across the hospital.
