Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, effectively utilizing your therapeutic skills to support clients through various life stages. \n
- Perform thorough remote assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and therapeutic needs, ensuring tailored treatment approaches. \n
- Develop and implement evidenced-based treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, incorporating various therapeutic modalities. \n
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow therapists and community partners to coordinate care and share resources. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n
You will support a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients seek help for a multitude of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and transitions in life. Your role will be crucial in helping them develop coping strategies and achieve their personal goals, contributing to improved mental health outcomes and overall quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW without supervision. Note: No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and candidates should have a clean disciplinary history. \n
- Ability to make informed professional evaluations, treatment planning, and recommendations. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a deep understanding and empathy for client experiences. \n
- Proficiency with computerized documentation and telehealth technology. \n

- Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting and familiarity with teletherapy platforms. \n
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and varying mental health challenges. \n
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices appropriate for a range of client issues. \n
