Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead data solutions initiatives for our CPG & Retail clients. The role reports to the Director of CPG & Retail within the Data Enablement team and focuses on enabling internal stakeholders and brand teams with tailored data solutions on Horizon’s Connected Marketing Platform (blu.). Key Responsibilities Technical Project and Account Management (45%) Manage multiple projects and clients ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality data solutions. Leverage CPG & Retail industry expertise to deliver tailored data solutions. Apply proactive and creative problem‑solving to address data‑related challenges and mitigate risks. Develop and manage partnerships with clients and internal teams to meet data needs. Act as a subject‑matter expert in Horizon blu. and identity resolution for digital media workflows. Data Strategy (30%) Refine data requirements and align them with measurable business outcomes. Facilitate cross‑team collaboration to translate business use cases into data‑driven solutions. Serve as an expert in data discovery and transformation processes, using tools such as Snowflake, AWS, and DBT. Data Vendor Management (25%) Develop and manage partnerships with legal teams and external vendors. Execute assessments of data vendors and recommend based on stakeholder needs. Expertise in media and technology partners, data matching methodologies, and technology offerings. Monitor the data partner landscape to stay current with trends and innovations. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in product development and/or marketing within the CPG/Retail space, with a background as a Business Analyst or similar role. Proficiency with Monday.com, JIRA, Snowflake, AWS, and DBT for project management and data analysis. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with data enrichment, hygiene, and integration. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience with agile methodologies for task and workflow management. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00. The final base salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, and education.
