Job Code: R-230506 Pay: $18.00 - $26.00/hr (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable). Schedule: Full time, shifts may vary. Position Summary Help members enjoy fresh prepared meals and rotisserie chicken by following recipes, preparing food, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. Support bakery orders and maintain a clean, temperature-controlled environment. Bring a friendly, customer‑first attitude to ensure a great shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and assist in the education of other associates. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, and operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to improve sales, the shopping experience, and associate engagement. Use handheld technology for real‑time production decisions and training. Be an Owner: Drive area performance, support digital tools, manage high exposure, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, and assist customers per company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high‑quality service and products, execute basics at the highest level, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, and apply these in business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities using data and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners, and recommending improvement opportunities. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.
