Buyer Assistant/Expeditor

Air Cost Control ("A2C"), a subsidiary of HEICO, a leading aviation electrical interconnect product distribution company, is seeking a Buyer Assistant/Expeditor that would be primarily responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

• Following orders: Daily extract and follow-up on suppliers late deliveries and not acknowledged orders
• Stock monitoring: Tracking inventory levels to ensure the business has sufficient stock without over-ordering
• Managing lead times: Keeping track of lead times for production, shipping, and receiving to ensure products are available when needed
• Monitoring supplier performance: Tracking supplier delivery times, quality, and overall performance to ensure they meet expectations
• Optimizing purchasing processes: Continuously evaluating and improving procurement processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance the supply chain
• Collaboration with other teams: Regularly communicating with internal teams such as sales, logistics and product managers to align procurement plans with overall business goals
