About the Role

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Redmond, WA

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support price databases and inventory management reporting.
• Work closely with business and finance stakeholders to understand requirements and
• align technology solutions with business needs.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable requirements for programmers and developers.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and automated reporting deliverables.
• Build and support reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Identify opportunities to automate inventory management and reporting processes.
• Support complex business processes and develop effective data-driven solutions.
• Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support technology and process decisions.
• Participate in multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Finance/technical teams.
• Build databases, models, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support supply chain and finance workstreams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI, Excel, and/or Tableau.
• Strong experience developing KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with automation and automated reporting/deliverables.
• Ability to gather requirements and work effectively with business, finance, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, database management systems, and reporting tools.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Supply Chain Finance or finance-related workstreams.
• Experience building automated dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Experience with database development and data modeling.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong experience generating actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Experience working with ambiguous business problems and developing data-driven solutions.

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $1,22,700 - $1,33,120 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
