Shift: MON - FRI 11pm-7am and/or SAT and SUN 7p-7a --> FULL or PART TIME

The RN participates in direct care and services provided to the residents and is responsible for the quality of nursing care and management0 of nursing staff during their assigned shifts.

Manage all nurses and CNA's, promote good communication between staff, residents, physicians and hospitals as needed throughout the shifts. Ensure proper care is being received, professionalism is being adhered to and lead by example. Manage schedule, call off and shift needs. 

Responsible for disciplinary action at times if needed, hold staff accountable for good performance to ensure an excellent caring experience for the residents in a skilled nursing environment.
