Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:


Seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. This role involves managing various complex cases, including COVID-19 patients, with a focus on safety and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients to determine their needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, ventilator support, and other treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective communication.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control policies, including COVID-19 safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases, including COVID-19 patients.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to float within the ICU and adapt to changing patient needs.
