Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We have numerous opportunities for an experienced NNP with highly competitive pay rates in Reading, PA. Position Details: Manage a daily patient panel in a Level IV NICU. Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and develop treatment plans. Participate in sign-out, multidisciplinary rounds, and daily patient management. Complete daily progress notes, discharge summaries, and EMR documentation. Update and educate families regarding patient care. Perform neonatal procedures including: PICC placement UVC/UAC placement Chest tube insertion Lumbar punctures Endotracheal intubation Attend high-risk deliveries and admit newborns. Complete admissions, history & physicals, and admission orders. Respond to NICU code blues and OB trauma activations. Accompany patients during transports for imaging and procedures. Participate in ground and air neonatal transports. Attend family meetings as needed.
