Job Summary News Reporter Responsibilities Anchor multiple market newscasts. Cover national, regional, and local breaking news. Perform typical newsroom duties including phone calls, interviews, and creating content. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Five or more years working in a busy news environment. Three or more years anchoring newscasts. Strong journalistic integrity. Excellent writing and grammar skills. Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and overnights.
