Shift: First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday)

Pay Range: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour (Target range)

Location: Overland Park, KS

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, well-rounded Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing facility in the Overland Park, KS area. This role is essential for maintaining high operational efficiency on the production floor, with a primary focus on CNC machinery, electrical systems, and PLCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting/repair on industrial production equipment, with heavy emphasis on CNC machinery.

• Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems, controls, and components.

• Identify and resolve PLC-related operational issues to minimize machinery downtime.

• Conduct routine inspections to anticipate and prevent mechanical or electrical failures.

• Partner with production teams to keep equipment running safely at peak output.

• Maintain safety standards and an organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or production plant.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience working on CNC equipment.

• Solid background in industrial electrical systems and controls.

• Practical experience troubleshooting and navigating PLCs.

• Mechanical apptitude and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work standard first-shift hours reliably.

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
