The Catering Team is responsible for delivering remarkable hospitality beyond the restaurant walls. This role focuses on serving catering guests through order preparation, delivery, setup, off‑site sales opportunities, and food truck events while representing Chick‑fil‑A Toledo with professionalism, accuracy, and care. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in fast‑paced and changing environments. ROLE The Catering Team Member is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences in unique environments where life happens.
