CT Tech

This position involves working in a high-volume radiology department. The average number of CT exams performed is 180 per day. There are three CT scanners available for use. The unit maintains a staffing ratio of two techs per scanner during the day and a total of three techs for overnight shifts. The equipment used includes GE 512, GE 128, and GE 32 slice scanners. All routine CT exams for Emergency Department and Inpatient cases will be performed, including trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CT angiography. The facility is accredited in various areas, which showcases its commitment to quality patient care. The work environment is described as fast-paced and collaborative.
