Auto Systems Centers, the largest Midas franchisee, is looking for full‑time Store Managers to lead our state‑of‑the‑art service, repair, and tire center in Pittsburgh, PA. Position Overview Store Managers manage a retail location, ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They direct technicians and mechanics to complete high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance on time and communicate with customers to meet their needs and maintain satisfaction. Responsibilities Drive sales and profitability of the service center. Manage inventory, expenses, and operating costs. Supervise personnel and direct technicians and mechanics. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs and provide repair information. Track performance through digital dashboard. Qualifications At least 3 years of retail store management experience or equivalent education, training, or experience. Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 lbs. Dependability, teamwork, and high‑quality service mindset.
