They also guide patients in selecting adaptive equipment when needed. This PRN role works day shifts as required and integrates company values into daily practice.* Assess patients, set goals, and adjust treatment plans* Plan discharges and communicate with patients and caregivers* Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment* Ensure safety and follow infection control standards**Qualifications -** **What We're Looking For*** Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.* BLS/CPR Certification required* New grads encouraged to apply – though prior experience in a rehab hospital setting is preferred.**Physical requirements -** **What you need to know*** A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.* Both gross and precise motor functions.* Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.* Possible exposure to bodily fluids.* Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.* Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.* Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard**Click** **here** **to see what it is like to be part of the ClearSky team or apply at #J-18808-Ljbffr
