ForeclosureParalegal - Warwick, RI Agility 360 is searching for a Foreclosure Paralegal for a direct hire position with our law client located in Warwick, RI. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the office and utilize effective case management skills. The ideal candidate will have previous default servicing experience and must be self‑motivated. This is a full‑time, on‑site position so reliable transportation is a must. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Foreclosure Manager and Attorneys and enhance office efficiency Handle communication with clients, borrowers, etc Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research Locate and develop case relevant information Draft and file basic legal documents and correspondence Answer and direct phone calls Maintain up‑to‑date contact lists Monitor deadlines and navigate multiple calendars Skills 1 - 3 years of Paralegal experience Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system Satisfactory knowledge of day‑to‑day operations of a legal office Working knowledge of case management software Excellent secretarial and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure Prefer experience in BKFS; TEMPO; ADR; DRA Proficient in running PACER and SCRA Communicate with clients and borrowers, and the Courts File pleadings with the Courts Details Direct hire position with our client Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience) On‑site position in Warwick, RI Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening #J-18808-Ljbffr Agility360
