This role assists with the internal craft training programs and external partnerships with Registered Apprentice Programs, emphasizing career development for apprentices and craft professionals through nationwide training and mentoring efforts. The ideal candidate will have journey-level competency in one or more trades and at least 3 years of mentoring experience. Regular travel will be required.
