Account Executive I/II, Parkinson's Disease - Columbus, OH

AbbVie seeks a Parkinson's Disease Account Executive to drive sales and market expansion for on-market neurology products across assigned territories. The role involves building strategic relationships with healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups while achieving sales quotas through compliant, education-focused engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-label technical and scientific presentations to Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, and healthcare providers
- Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting movement disorder specialists and neurology practices in assigned geography
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and Parkinson's advocacy organizations to address patient needs
- Attend neurology conferences, patient support programs, and advocacy events to represent AbbVie and educate on products
- Monitor sales progress, report territory metrics, and adjust tactics based on account and market dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or 8+ years equivalent health science sales experience
- Minimum 3 years health science field/sales experience with 2+ years pharmaceutical sales
- Ability to satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements including background checks and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Demonstrated networking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of clinical, market, and payer developments in Parkinson's Disease
