High Reach Forklift Operator

3rd Shift Role - Sunday - Thursday 10:00PM - 6:30AM

Join a fast-paced warehouse team where you'll use a stand-up reach forklift to move and organize products, equipment, and materials while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve palletized products throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately place pallets into elevated rack locations and retrieve inventory for order fulfillment and outbound shipping.
• Utilize RF scanning technology to select, track, and record product information, including item counts, weights, and condition.
• Load and unload products, materials, and supplies from pallets, skids, and other material-handling equipment.
• Conduct daily pre-shift forklift inspections and complete equipment maintenance checklists.
• Monitor battery performance, perform routine battery maintenance, and ensure equipment is returned to designated charging stations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company policies and safety procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations by working with various material-handling equipment and warehouse machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity, quality, and shipping goals.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support operational success.

What You'll Bring

• Basic math and counting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Comfort working in temperature-controlled environments, including freezer conditions as low as -20°F (-25°C) and dry storage areas up to 100°F (37°C), while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. (18 kg); requirements may vary by facility.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
