We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Assistant Manager, Insurance to help lead and develop a high-performing team focused on sales growth and exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do:
- Support team performance, sales goals, and service standards.
- Monitor pipeline activity and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reinforcement.
- Use data and reporting to improve results.
- Promote strong system usage and consistent processes.
- Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture.
What you'll bring:
- In-depth insurance, sales, and customer service leadership experience, including PA insurance regulations and licensing requirements.
- A current, valid PA Property & Casualty license.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with metrics.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A balanced approach to accountability and team support.
