Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to join our fast-paced, growing organization. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to articulate and manage all of the complexities associated with the successful outcome of major technical projects. The position demands strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills. A successful candidate should be self directed and excited about working with both current and emerging technologies. Education Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or combination of education and experience in a related business discipline (Software Development, IT, Project Management). Required Experience 7+ years experience in Technical Project Management with ability to plan, develop, and manage multiple medium to large size technical projects with varying complexity 3+ years experience working in an Agile development framework and demonstrated ability to implement and enforce best practices A track record of shipping complex, critical initiatives on consistent timelines Direct and significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams and individual contributors Experience managing technical projects in a SaaS and/or MSP environments Proven ability to manage cross functional, distributed teams while creating a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, innovation and continuous learning Skills Ability to engage, present, and communicate with internal and external senior business stakeholders Ability to anticipate challenges and identify risks with project timeframes or scope, and manage expectations with all involved stakeholders High degree of organizational and time management skills Ability to evaluate, negotiate, and prioritize work requests for effective resource management Strong attention to detail Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully adapt to change Team oriented and collaborative mindset Ability to comprehend a broad range of technical specifications Familiarity with working in AWS deployment environments is a plus Domain knowledge or industry experience in Financial Technology is a plus Product and business sense or practical product management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Sabal Tech Defunct
