CT Technologist / Radiologic Technologist
Location: Knoxville, TN New graduates accepted ! Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary & Responsibilities:- Perform CT and radiographic imaging procedures to support accurate diagnosis
- Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures to ensure comfort and safety
- Review patient history and apply anatomical and physiological knowledge to imaging protocols
- Document procedures and patient information using EMR systems (Cerner preferred)
- Maintain imaging equipment, perform quality control checks, and troubleshoot issues
- Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams for coordinated patient care
- ARRT Certification - Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R)
- ARRT Certification - CT Technologist (ARRT CT)
- X-Ray Certification
- BLS Certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience with CT and X-ray imaging equipment
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Cerner preferred)
- Prior outpatient/clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
