Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a memory care setting
• Experience with activity and redirection needs in a memory care community
• The creativity to get residents involved and active in meaningful moments/interactions throughout the day
• Able to work at least one weekend day
• Can commit to a set schedule
• Diligent in documentation, attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic, taking initiative without direction
• Able to problem solve and use positive innovation with solutions
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set, advancing in the field
• Have the motivation and heart to be apart of a team leading the industry in residential memory care!
